Alicia Elizalde Richardson's Obituary
With much love and deep sadness, our family shares the passing of our beautiful mother and grandmother, Alicia Elizalde Richardson, who passed away on April 14, 2026, at 70 years old. She is survived by her sons and grandchildren. Alicia was born in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico, to parents Lucrecia Pineda and Pedro Elizalde, the youngest of her siblings, where she married and started her family. Later, she moved to California to begin a new life and raise her four sons. She was the heart of our family, the bond that kept all of us together — always caring for others, making people laugh with her silly faces and jokes, and showing her love through her cooking. Her delicious meals brought comfort, joy, and togetherness to everyone around her. As a Deaf woman, she faced many hardships throughout her life, but she continued forward with incredible strength, faith, and love. She believed deeply in God and prayed every day. More than anything, Alicia loved her family. Her family meant everything to her. She traveled thousands of miles in her blue truck throughout her life to visit loved ones and be in their presence. Wherever she went, she cooked, cleaned, and danced because she loved making people happy. She made people feel safe, welcomed, and cared for, and her love will stay with us forever. She was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed. Forever in our hearts.
Viewing for Alicia will be from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday, May 22, 2026 at Preciado Funeral Home, 923 W. Mill Street, San Bernardino, California
