Anthony Tony Barrera, 68, was born August 22, 1955 in San Bernardino, California passed away on July 9, 2024 in San Bernardino, California. He was a United States Postal worker for 36 years and a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch #41.
Anthony is survived by his only sister, Darlene Carrillo, mother of children Dolores Barrera; 2 sons Chris and Michael Barrera; 1 daughter Melissa Barrera; 6 grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon, Madison Barrera, Louie, Antonio Gama, Gianna Sanchez and 1 great-grandchild, Jordan Barrera. Also survived by Magdalena Alonzo and 3 sons, Eric, Vincent and Jason Alonzo; 14 grandchildren, Steven, Justin, Ken, Erica, Felicia, Sierra, Joseph, Victoria Carlie, Reese, Joshua, Caleb, Jacob and Gabriel Alonzo.
He is proceeded in death by Tony Barrera Jr, 02/26/2024 and Mother, Elizabeth "Nena" Quejada, 08/02/2020.
Viewing for Anthony will be from 9:00am to 1:00pm with an 11:00am Chapel service both at Preciado Funeral Home, 923 W. Mill Street, San Bernardino, CA 92410. Committal will follow at 2:00pm at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518
