Archdeacon Arsanious Wissa's Obituary
A beloved husband, father and grandfather. Archdeacon Arsanious Wissa (aka Frank Wissa) 75, left for heaven on June 30, 2020. He resided in Rancho Cucamonga at the time of his passing. Frank Wissa was born in Egypt on August 3, 1944. He was married in 1973 and immigrated to California in 1983. He worked various jobs and became a small business owner in 1991 and retired in 2009. He was a respected member of a local Christian Coptic Orthodox Church and was ordained as an Archdeacon in November, 2013. He told his family he never felt so blessed by God as much as he did in that moment. He was a man of strong faith in Our Lord Jesus Christ. His life’s purpose was to be a devout Christian and to make sure his family was as well. Archdeacon Arsanious Wissa is survived by his wife, Sara Wissa; his three adult children, Peter Wissa, Angie Labib and Mariana Shoukry; and his three beautiful granddaughters, Samantha, Varena and Anastasia. He is also survived by his sister, nieces and nephews, who currently live in Egypt. May Our Lord repose the blessed soul of Archeacon Arsanious Wissa in the Paradise of Joy and grant the family His peace and comfort. Amen.
