Jon-Paul Acker lit a candle in memory of Chhorvirat Uy

Cho was a high school buddy whose kindness and humor brought joy to many hearts. He was friends with my brother but adopted our whole family. I remember him as someone who loved his mom deeply and adored his baby sisters. We will miss him!
My deepest condolences!
Chhovirat was a sweet high school buddy who made time for friends and had a special giving heart. He loves a good laugh and a good time. Even though he was more my brother’s friend, we bonded and he became my friend too. He loves his mom dearly and adores his baby sisters. He will be missed. As I looked at old pictures and sent it to his big sister, I I miss his humor in our conversations and his kindness to my family and I. My deepest condolences to his family. We will miss you Chho!
“Cho” as we called him was a fun-loving, kind and caring soul! We had many fun times together—whether in the mountains, in the park or at the beach! We will miss him and wish the LORD’s comfort and blessings upon his family!

A very loving uncle. We misses you brother so very much and Audrey.
Taking on a challenge against the oldest brother and making him sweat.
It was a warm sunny day with my siblings running errands with uncle Mao. I remember like it was yesterday. Cruising to Van Nuys where tha tha hung out. This 1999 Honda EK civic had the cleanest body. I remember asking him why don't he put subs in it for a better sound quality like Chris? He said " why? I like it simple." I keep my cars like that now. Clean. Simple. Just like these words pressed into my memory reel with uncle. Very few words but it's going last a life time. We miss you and we love you.
