Dave had a great sense of humor, a unique personality, and an excellent taste in music. Whenever he spoke about himself to me, he would refer to himself as "Uncle Dave;" I always got a huge kick out of that. When I would visit California, he'd lend me his electric guitar for the week, so I could keep practicing while away from home. Some of my fondest memories are with Dave, my dad, Terri and Grandma just swimming at the pool in the summertime while listening to old rock n' roll, like UFO. Dave was a genuinely cool guy, and a lot of fun to be around. I'm already missing him a whole lot. Love you, Dave!
