Elmer Ramirez was born on March 22, 1992 in San Bernardino, California to parents Jose and Isabel Quinones (Ramirez), passed away on July 16, 2013 in Colton, California. Elmer was a residence of San Bernardino for 21 years and employed as an Assistant Manager at Bisco America for 2 years. He is survived by his loving father Jose Quinones, 2 brothers Jessie Quinones and Alexis Quinones and his only sister Jasmine Quinones, he is preceded in death by his beautiful mother Isabel Ramirez. Viewing is scheduled for Monday, July 22, 2013 ~ 4:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. with Rosary time pending at Preciado Funeral Home 923 W. Mill Street, San Bernardino CA 92410, and Mass on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 1:00p.m. at All Souls Chapel, 3510 E. Washington, Colton CA 92324, Internment to follow Our Lady Queen of Peace. Elmer Ramirez will be missed by family and friends.
