Her life journey began May 26, 1933 in San Isidro, Chihuahua, Mexico to parents Margarita Ferando and Concepcion Alvarez.
She was one of ten siblings. She was married to Doroteo Rocha fo 53 years who passed away in 2007, together they had 5 children a son who passed at birth. Raymond Rocha (Rachel Rocha), Irma Rocha Sauceda(passed away 2017)(Joseph Sauceda), Delia Rocha Martinez(Gerald Scott Martinez), Doroteo Rocha Jr.(Guadalupe Rocha), 12 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren.Phyllis lived in San Bernardino for 59 years. Retired from the county of San Bernardino after 19 years. She always enjoyed music and loved to dance. She will always be in our hearts and prayers, now she will stand up open her eyes and continue her journey into eternal life.
