Guadalupe Palacios 89 yrs. Born in California passed peacefully in her sleep while at home.
She lived in San Bernardino, CA and lived in Dublin, OH for 11 years before moving back to California.
She was preceded in death by her parents Flavio & Lucia Barajas, and husband John Loya Sr., brothers Robert Barajas, Joe (Cacho) Barajas, Andrew Barajas, Son’s Joe Lopez, George Loya Sr, Frank Loya Sr, John Loya II, Fernando Loya Sr, Grandson Mario Gonzales, and Great Granddaughter Arianna Peters.
She is survived by her daughter’s Patricia Lopez, Lucy Kelley (Dean), Rosemary Loya, Christina Dean (Bobby) and son Andrew Loya, several grandsons, granddaughters, great grandsons, great granddaughters, great-great grandsons, and great-great granddaughters, step grandsons, step granddaughters, step great-grandsons and step great-granddaughters. Brother John Barajas, and sister Pauline Lopez and several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Mom’s home was a Sanctuary to anyone who needed a place to stay even though she didn’t have much her door was always open. She loved her garden full of Carnations, Roses, Cactus, and fruit trees. She would often call someone into her room to give them something of hers and make them feel special.
She was the Matriarch of the family; she truly will be missed.
