Joaquin Martinez Briones was born August 16, 1950 in his beloved Mexico. He passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on June 7, 2020.
Joaquin was a musician, poet and retired welder. He was member of Nuestro Pueblo a poetic organization and May Day magazine. Joaquin is survived by his wife Petra Martinez, His 5 children: Angelica, Guadalupe, Jorge, Dulce and Laura; his 8 grandchildren: Emely, Kaori, Brenda, Marifel, Michelle, Ethan, Benny and Yaretzi. He is proceeded in death by his parents Josefina Briones and Jorge Martinez.
