Viewing will be at 10:30am followed by a service at 11:30am both at Victory Outreach Church, 990 W. Mill Street, San Bernardino, California. Joseph will be laid to rest after the services at 2:30pm at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California
