Joyce Rosalind Anderson was born on October 19, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois to Walter J. and Rose M. Darby (Wiley) and passed away on November 12, 2013 in San Bernardino, California. Joyce was a resident of San Bernardino County for 34 years and was a business owner of a Paper Recycling Company for 5 years. Joyce is survived by his loving children, Rashida J. Anderson, Rahi Copeland and Mario Anderson. Joyce will be dearly missed by family and friends.
