My husband was a friend of Manuel for over 30 years. My husband Salvador also works at Santa Anita. Manuel was a very kind man, he even gave us our first two dogs, Bruno and trixi. My husband would go out to his house whenever he had problems and he gave us lots of eggs which were greatly appreciated. I myself just knew him by sight, by i also feel like I’ve lost a best friend. My he Rest In Peace and watch over us all.
