It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marques Ghian Mena Franco-Brooks, who left this world far too soon at the age of 19 on December 1, 2024, in Bloomington, California. Marques was born on November 17, 2005, in Montclair, California.
Marques was a beloved son to Yahaira Franco, Hugo Orlando Brooks and Jesse Mena, as well as a cherished brother to Deishanney Pozuelos and Louie Pozuelos. He was a vibrant young man, full of life, passion, and ambition.
Marques was a recent high school graduate with a promising future ahead of him. He was deeply passionate about cars and dreamed of one day owning his own business. His determination and work ethic shined brightly in every endeavor. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of his stepfather’s business, Marques displayed remarkable leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit well beyond his years.
Marques made a lasting impact on those around him. His infectious smile, laugh and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his loyalty to his family and friends, as well as his passion for helping others. Though his passing leaves a void, his spirit lives on through the cherished memories and love he shared with those who knew him.
Marques Ghian Mena Franco-Brooks may have left this world too soon, but his memory will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to have known and loved him. Rest in peace, our dear Marques.
Viewing for Marques will be from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Preciado Funeral Home, 923 W. Mill Street, San Bernardino, California. Church Service will be at 9:00am on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Water of Life Community Church, 7625 East Avenue, Fontana, California. Marques will be laid to rest thereafter at Green Acres Memorial Park, Bloomington, California
