Born on October 20, 1951, in Fontana, Mike's legacy endures through his family: Sister Julia Palacios Valterria, Sister Mary Jean Quiroz, Brother James “Jimmy Palacios and his children Mona (Palacios) Botello, Michelle Palacios, Mike Palacios Jr. Vincent Mike Palacios, Destiny Hernandez, Kristina Lujan Elliott, Christina Ordonez Chagolla and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews. Mike, will be reunited to his family and friends who preceded him most notably his Love and Life partner Vickie Arias, Mother Clara (Castaneda) Palacios, his brothers Richard and Angel Palacios and sister Patsy Palacios, Father Mike C. Palacios along with numerous other friends and family members of the Castaneda/Palacios family.
Mikio was a true legend in his community. Known for his exceptional skill and artistry, he made a significant impact through his work as a muralist and professional tattoo artist. His murals adorned buildings, billboards, and various notable locations throughout San Bernardino, and his tattoos left an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to experience his craft.
