Pedro Celestino Lopez

One memory that I will forever have was him taking us to elementary school. He would take us and pick us up. He would talk and make friends by the tree that he would wait for us. His favorite saying was “Voy a ver los muchachas en el arbol.” He had the noon aids, and even some student parents asking where he was when he couldn’t pick us up for what ever reason. He made sure that we knew the reason he couldn’t pick us up or take us as well. Sometimes on our walk home there would be an ice cream truck. Whenever he had cash he would give it to us for us to spend. He loved to spoil us. I miss you Grandpa. I will never forget those last moments that I spent with you.
