Pramen Chand, born September 6, 1981 in Suva, Fiji Island to Prem and Urmila Chand, passed away September 5, 2013 in Loma Linda, California. Pramen was a resident of San Bernardino County for 14 years and was an Ownner of a Tele Communication Company along with his brother for 5 years. He is survived by his mother Urmila Chand (Devi) father Prem Chnad and only brother and best friend Praven Chand. He will be greatly missed by his greving family and friends.
