Priscilla Vasquez Penaflor's Obituary
Priscilla Penaflor cherished wife, mother & Lola, passed away on July 27, 2021 at her home in Corona, California, surrounded by her family. Priscilla was born October 15, 1950 in the Philippines, to Ricardo & Lucia Vasquez. She was one of seven children. She graduated from high school in 1971. She work as a seamstress until she met and then married Melito Penaflor in 1980, and took the role of mother and supportive homemaker, until they moved to Corona, California in 2004. soon after, Priscilla sought and employment as a warehouse worker at Dart Container, where she remained employment with Dart until her retirement in 2017.
Priscilla always provided support and love for her friends and family. She loved her role as Lola. She was well known and loved for her great cooking! She had a deep faith in God, and attended St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Corona, until her health prevented her doing so.
She is survived by her husband; Melito, children; Piem and her husband Staff, Pamela, Marilen and her husband, Rodel, Marvin and his wife Joanne, grandchildren; Johann, Sophia, Amelia and Margarrette, as well as her siblings and many other loving nieces and nephews.
