Mr. Robert Christian Adams' Obituary
Robert Christian Adams, 40, of Yucaipa, CA was tragically taken from us on December 2, 2015 in a terrorist attack.
Robert “Bobby” Adams was born to Harry and Carole Adams, Sr. on May 2, 1975. He was a San Bernardino native who grew up in Highland. He attended San Bernardino Valley College and graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science degree. Robert was a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS). He worked for San Bernardino County for 14 years, 11 of those with the Division of Environmental Health Services.
Bobby loved to travel, enjoyed nature and wildlife, and was an avid video gamer. He was kind, generous, cheerful, patriotic and a man of integrity. Bobby loved his kitchen where he frequently cooked for family and friends. His buffalo wings were the best and he loved to barbeque.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 14 years, Summer Adams and their daughter, Savannah Adams. He is also survived by his parents, Harry and Carole Adams, Sr.; and brother Harry “Trouper” Adams, Jr.; sister Rochelle Wall and husband Chris; in-laws John and Patricia Cronin; brother-in-law Jeffrey Cronin; aunts Margie Parmelee, Paulette Badger and husband Tom; uncle Nuncio “Nick” Bonelli; and many cousins.
Bobby was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Paul and Bernice Bonelli; step-grandfather Albert Haynes; and paternal grandparents Leonard and Kathleen Houser.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, December 17 (come anytime between those hours) at Preciado Funeral Home at 923 W Mill Street in San Bernardino.
Celebration of Life will be at 10 a.m. at Sunrise Church at 2759 North Ayala Drive in Rialto. Following the church service, we will have a graveside service at Montecito Memorial Park located at 3520 E Washington Street in Colton.
A private reception (invite only) will follow.
