Roger Allen James, born October 3, 1963 in Centerville Illinois to Billy and Dorothy James, passed away January 30, 2013 in Fontana, California. Roger was a resident of San Bernardino County for 40 years and was employed by a Construction Company as an Heavy Equipment Operator for 20 years. He is survived by his wife Marian James (Carrillo). He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
