Ronald Edwin Mitchell's Obituary
On January 20th, 1957 Ronald Edwin Mitchell was born in Detroit Michigan to Everett and Gloria Mitchell. After graduation from Ganesha High School Ronnie joined the Air Force. He discharged honorably as a Security Specialist when his duty was complete. He received an Outstanding Unit Award prior to his discharge.
Ronnie's family and friends would describe him as loving, attentive, creative, funny -and a man with a "BIG" heart. Ronnie would literally give someone his last dollar if he had it to give. He was well known in the community that he grew up in and in each community that he lived thereafter-making lifetime friends along the way. Those who had the pleasure of knowing Ronnie, also had the privilege of knowing one of the most genuine friends that they could have ever met.
Ronald was preceded in death by his brother Kelvin Dewayne Mitchell and his son Kelvin Jerome Mitchell. He is survived by his parents-Gloria and Everett Mitchell, his siblings-Karla Corbin, Flenoid Mitchell and Michelle Watson. His daughter Ronisha Mitchell and his Grand-Son- Aaron DeVon Mitchell, His Nieces Mikala Watson, La Tasha Columbus and Karlecia Mitchell. As well as a host of Aunts, Uncles, Relatives and Friends. Chapel Service is scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Preciado Funeral Home 923 W. Mill Street, San Bernardino, California 92410 at 11:00 a.m Interment to follow at Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, California 92518
