Rosa Ruiz Arellano 70, was born in Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico to Nicolas and Eulalia Arellano on October 12, 1944. Rosa was a resident of San Bernardino for 3 years. She leaves behind her son Ricardo Ruiz, granddaughter, Amaris Ruiz, 3 sisters Pasquala De La Torre, Rebeca Gomez and Maria A. Casanova. Visitation will be Sunday, November 23 from 3 to 9 pm with Rosary at 6pm at Preciado Funeral Home. Mass will be Monday November 24, 2014 at 10 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church , 1430 W. 5th Street, San Bernardino CA 92410. Interment will be private in her beloved Zacatecas.
