Rosita Dorado's Obituary
Rosita Dorado,
beloved mother, sister, and daughter, went home to be with the Lord on January 18th, 2026, at Saint Bernadine’s Hospital. She was born on May 14th, 1966, in Tijuana, Mexico, to her parents Olivia and Cirilo Dorado. Raised in a large and loving family, Rosita was one of thirteen children and is survived by her twelve siblings, who will forever cherish her memory and the warmth she brought into their lives.
Rosita made her home in San Bernardino County, where she lived for more than twenty five years. In her humble residence, she devoted her life to raising her three children—Nellie (23), Manuel (20), and Carmen (19)—who were the pride and joy of her heart. As a single mother, she worked tirelessly to provide for them, embodying strength, perseverance, and unwavering faith through every challenge she faced.
Those who knew Rosita remember her as a kind and hardworking woman whose loyalty and compassion touched everyone around her. Her gentle spirit, steadfast love, and deep trust in God guided her through life’s trials and became a source of inspiration for all who walked beside her. She leaves behind a legacy of resilience, humility, and unconditional love that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A service to honor Rosita’s life will be held at Preciado Funeral Home on Thursday, February 12th, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Those who wish to send flowers in her remembrance may have them delivered to Preciado Funeral Home at 923 W Mill St, San Bernardino, CA 92410.
