Roy S. Vasquez
On March 1, 2013 my beloved husband Roy Vasquez went home to be with his lord and savior Jesus Christ. He was born in San Bernardino on 8/29/1941 to Remedios S. Vasquez. Roy was a barber and musician for 50 years and loved it. He died peacefully at home with family around him. He is survived by his loving wife Candy Vasquez of 19 years, brother Clem Vasquez of Olympia, Washington, sons’ Roy Vasquez Jr. of 29 Palms, Eddie Vasquez of Orange, Alex Rubalcava of Redlands, Joe Rubalcalva of Highland, and David Rubalcava of San Bernardino. Grandchildren (18)Elicia, Monique, Alex, Josh, Jolena, Nicole, Jennifer, Valerie, Vanessa, Stephanie, Melanie, Candy, Eddie, Samantha, Malory, Chelsea, Anthony, Andrew and (6) great-grandchildren Jacob, Aleenah, Katum, Kevin, Aubriana, and Jordan. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2013, 10:00am at Preciado Funeral Home, interment to follow at Tradition Cemetery both in San Bernardino.
