Terry Duane Carter was born on April 7, 1956 in Los Angeles, California to Cornelius Cobb and Elzadie Carter (Robinson) and passed away on November 21, 2014 in Montclair, California. Terry was a resident of San Bernardino County for 28 years. Terry is survived by his loving wife Artie Fay Carter (Robinson) and his two beautiful daughter's Tenaya and Takisha Carter. Terry will truly be missed by family and friends.
