Verna Maciel went to be with the Lord on August 31, 2021, at 61 years old. She was born in Orange County, CA on September 4, 1959. Resided in Fontana, CA. Raised by parents Mabel and Manuel Ramirez.
Verna was preceded in death by husband Tommy Maciel, parents Mabel and Manuel Ramirez, siblings Benny Casares and Lisa Luevanos. Survived by daughters Tommie, Sabrina, Brandy, Verna and Christina Maciel, and son Tommy Maciel. Also survived by siblings Connie Renova, Joey Casares, Eddie Casares, and Rosie Magana. Verna enjoyed spending quality time with her 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Also, an aunt, cousin, nina, and friend. She was loved by so many.
Verna enjoyed spending her time going to the casino and loved playing scratchers. Verna had a contagious smile always making others laugh and full of so much character. She was very well loved and respected by many. Verna will never be forgotten; she left an imprint on everyone’s heart. Verna will be remembered as a selfless, big hearted, caring and loving woman.
